About
Max Moullin is Director of the University's Quality Management and Performance Measurement Research Unit.
He is author of the book Delivering Excellence in Health and Social Care, a member of the European Foundation for Quality Management Health Community of Practice, a steering committee member of the British Quality Foundation Local Government and Communities Interest Group, and vice-chair of the Chartered Quality Institute's Yorkshire branch. He is a Fellow of the Operational Research Society and of the Chartered Quality Institute.
His main interests centre on the Public Sector Scorecard, an integrated quality management and performance measurement framework for the Public and Third Sectors. www.shu.ac.uk/ciod/pss
